Dane has 20 years of experience providing indoor environmental quality, industrial hygiene, and hazardous building materials consulting services for clients in the commercial, industrial, educational, residential, and healthcare sectors. He specializes in asbestos management plans, lead-paint risk assessments, indoor air quality assessments, demolition compliance, health and safety compliance, and 24/7, rapid-response environmental work for water intrusions, fires, and other emergency projects.

Dane’s experience includes managing over 2,500 projects throughout his career, as well as securing high-profile contracts with government agencies, universities, and prominent private companies.

In addition to managing projects, Dane also focuses on improving internal processes and training staff. Dane maximizes the use of his IT skills to create computer-based efficiencies to meet company and client needs.

Away from work, Dane pursues hobbies that combine learning with his love of the outdoors. These include homesteading on his 1.3-acre rural property, electrical and microcontroller projects, computer science and artificial intelligence, amateur radio, geology, gold prospecting, camping, metal working, hot rodding, 4-wheeling, and much more.
