Mikyla Gates

Mikyla joined SME in 2025 as a Project Accounts Assistant for the firm’s Industrial Hygiene and Indoor Air Quality team in Phoenix, Arizona. She has experience providing customer/client service, scheduling and task delegation, and account balancing.

In her role as Project Accounts Assistant, she provides administrative coordination and support while working closely with the IH/IAQ Phoenix project managers and SME accounting team to meet the diverse needs of our clients and projects.

Mikyla has studied at Chandler Gilbert Community College in Chandler, Arizona, and at Paul Mitchell the School in Phoenix, Arizona.

In her spare time, Mikyla enjoys spending time with her wife and their weenie dog, Lincoln Log. She also enjoys crocheting, embroidery, and cross stitch to relax, as well as designing and doing tattoos for friends and family.
