Rashna Raham

Rashna joined SME in 2025 as a scientist to support SME’s Product Stewardship team. Rashna has over four years of experience in regulatory compliance and project management in the food packaging industry.  She has a background in leading regulatory risk assessments for global innovation and sustainable packaging projects, and raw material compliance. Her experience includes overseeing regulatory data management, conducting evaluations for Food Contact Materials and performing statistical calculations for data analysis.

Rashna has a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She also has a master’s degree in data analytics from McDaniel College.

Outside of work, Rashna enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants, live music and cooking!
