About Michael R. Roy
Mike joined SME’s Cumberland office in 2019 to support a wide range of clients in our rapidly growing Civil Engineering business.
A Senior Civil Engineer and Project Manager, Mike has 20 years of professional experience in civil design, permitting, bidding, construction administration, and project management for private and public-sector clients throughout the northeastern United States. His portfolio includes diverse projects for power generation and transmission installations (conventional and alternative energy); municipal water and wastewater treatment and distribution; stormwater management; local, state and federal permitting, and residential and commercial site developments.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University.
He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, playing flag football, and skiing.
