About Robert A. Steeves
Bob brings over 45 years of experience in industrial process and environmental chemistry to SME, which forms the basis for his environmental regulatory compliance and permitting practice. His experience also includes implementation of environmental management systems, site characterization and remediation, database development and data management, and health and safety consulting. He manages environmental affairs for numerous manufacturing facilities, nationwide.
He is a graduate of Tufts University with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
In the rare event that he is not helping clients improve their compliance status, he enjoys sailing and motorcycling. He also serves as Secretary for the Saco Coastal Waters Commission.
