About Nicholas Sabatine
Nick Sabatine joined SME in 2023. He is a Professional Geologist (NH) and often serves as a project program manager with over 30 years of environmental consulting experience.
Nick is an expert in Brownfields assessment, cleanup, and redevelopment programs, site remediation, ground water monitoring, and hydrogeologic evaluations for industrial, manufacturing, and municipal projects. His professional experience includes project management, staff leadership and mentorship, and technical direction for project work.
Nick is a strategic thinker with real-world experience and an extensive professional network that allows him to map out a path to good solutions that maximize value to the client in complex site redevelopments.
He has a bachelor’s degree in geology from the University of Maine at Farmington and a master’s degree in environmental law from Vermont Law School.
Nick enjoys spending time with his family on their mid-coast farm, going to his camp in northern Maine, and boating, fly fishing, and hunting with his two sons.
