About Peter Mohlin
Peter joined SME in 2022, bringing extensive experience supporting clients in all aspects of environmental compliance and environmental health and safety across a broad range of industries, from solid waste to manufacturing and energy generation. He has in-depth expertise in federal, state, and local regulatory requirements in the areas of environmental compliance, reporting, permitting, licensing, remediation, and health and safety.
Peter is a graduate of Hobart College with bachelor’s degrees in geoscience and environmental studies.
He interfaces easily and effectively with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders, building positive and lasting relationships.
Peter enjoys fishing, downhill skiing, and surfing. He lives in Portland, Maine with his wife and young son.
