Jim Atwell

Jim Atwell has many years of experience in the field of environmental engineering, much of which is related to solid and hazardous waste management. Jim worked with Sevee & Maher Engineers (SME) for over 25 years and currently serves as a Senior Consultant with the firm. This experience includes responsible engineer assignments on a variety of solid and hazardous waste management projects involving municipal and industrial landfills and Superfund and Superfund-type sites. This experience includes design, permitting, closure, construction management, post closure management, monitoring, gas management, and post closure landfill uses such for solar facilities.
