Lauren Batherson

Lauren Batherson joined SME in 2026 as a Human Resources Manager with many years of professional experience. Lauren has worked in all aspects of HR operations, with specialties including benefits programs, payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition, and policy and process improvement.

Lauren has a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Southern Maine.

Beyond the office, Lauren embraces the outdoors— especially sunny days on the trails with her two yellow labs— and values time spent with her people.
