Victoria Horton

Victoria joined SME in 2025 as a civil/environmental engineer with our solid waste and civil engineering teams. She is experienced in conducting research and performing laboratory and field work, including collecting and analyzing environmental data.

Victoria has a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from the University of Vermont, where she was a research assistant and a Richard Barrett Scholar.

In her free time, Victoria enjoys cooking and painting.
